Project Manager III – Preventative Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the coordination and successful completion of all project facets.

• Establishes deadlines, assigns tasks, and monitors as well as summarizes project progress.

• Reviews and approves reports for upper management regarding the project's status.

• Manages all dimensions of the project scope; may lead and guide the efforts of other team members.

• Supervises project plans and budget forecasts, approving modifications as necessary; oversees resource allocation to ensure objectives are achieved.

• Aligns project initiatives with the organization's goals; ensures that project results contribute to the success of the organization.

• Manages the creation of policies and procedures to fulfill project needs.

• Addresses problem resolution to maintain project momentum.

• Monitors key activities and guarantees the accuracy of project documentation and reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant job-related field.

• Six (6) years of experience as a project manager or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Knowledgeable about various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.

• Relies on substantial experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.

• Capable of performing a diverse range of tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct the work of others.

• A significant degree of creativity and autonomy is anticipated.
