Project Manager II, Consumer Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Take charge of assigned tasks, continuously pushing towards successful completion.

• Oversee and manage multiple intricate projects at once, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

• Work in collaboration with various teams throughout the organization for effective project planning.

• Supervise project teams, guiding and coordinating efforts to align with project goals.

• Utilize and adapt project management tools to efficiently monitor progress, allocate resources, and achieve critical milestones.

• Frequently assess and report on project status, making strategic modifications as necessary.

• Identify, manage, and communicate risks and issues proactively, escalating them when needed.

• Promote communication and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, project teams, and within the Dealer Tire CEG Technology sector.

• Mentor junior Project Manager(s) and team members, supporting their professional development and preparation for more advanced roles.

• Follow and champion established project management methodologies within the technology field and across various partner groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, ideally in technology, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of project management experience, particularly with a strong emphasis on technology projects.

• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, Kanban).

• Proficient in technology-focused project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheets, Monday.com, HubSpot, Miro, ClickUp, Confluence, MS Project).

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in managing projects that engage external clients, B2B partners, or third-party vendors.
