Project Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of designated Healthy Volunteers and Patient Clinical Pharmacology projects.

• Serve as the main liaison for sponsor project teams.

• Take ownership of project scope, timelines, and financial budgets.

• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks to guarantee that milestones are achieved.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members at a senior leadership level.

• Maintain quality standards, ensure compliance, and achieve audit readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant clinical research experience in a CRO or biopharmaceutical setting.

• Minimum of 2 years of full accountability in project management for clinical studies.

• Knowledge of early-phase trials involving healthy volunteers and patients.

• Skills in managing study budgets effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams that are globally distributed.

• Proficiency in critical path analysis and developing risk mitigation strategies.

• A degree in life sciences from an accredited university or college.

• Preferred: A Master's degree or another advanced qualification.

• PMP certification is a plus.
