Project Manager – ICAR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The project manager will lead the project management and implementation process for GEHC Invasive products.

• Primarily operating from a GE location or a home-based office.

• Tasked with enhancing customer satisfaction and driving process efficiency throughout the project installation.

• Serve as the main point of contact between GE and customer project teams, providing onsite support from Service & Sales.

• Define and identify GE and customer responsibilities and deliverables as outlined in the sales contract, including the creation, maintenance, and routing of a formal project implementation timeline.

• Develop visible and predictable project data to inform key business metrics and support revenue forecasting.

• Accountable for tracking and communicating implementation progress, including project kick-off, regular status updates, and project closure.

• Lead the implementation team during the clinical “GoLive” phase of the equipment.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of project management experience, or an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, or at least 7 years of project management experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

• At least 2 years of experience managing projects in a cross-functional role.

• Capacity to handle multiple high-volume concurrent projects and competing priorities to ensure timely project completion and meet customer expectations.

• Proficient in collaborating and communicating with diverse work partners, both internal and external to GE and our customers.

• Ability to work effectively from a remote home office environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%, including overnight stays as necessary.
