This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +10 more states.
• Approach all tasks with a commitment to fulfilling Businessolver's mission, vision, values, and organizational objectives while promoting a positive team atmosphere and enhancing the consumer experience.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to conduct discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders, defining a scope of work that aligns with their goals and objectives.
• Partner with content writers and creative designers to coordinate and produce client-branded materials, such as postcards, emails, newsletters, benefit guides, web-based experiences, and more.
• Oversee activities, progress, budgets, and deadlines across various projects, project teams, and aligned resources, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Schedule and lead project meetings, preparing status reports and communicating updates to project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain essential project artifacts, including project plans in AdaptiveWork, project scorecards, project briefs, matrices, client OneNote, and vendor invoice reporting as required.
• Identify and resolve straightforward project issues with guidance from leadership when necessary. Escalate unresolved risks to management and assist in formulating mitigation strategies. Hold clients accountable for their responsibilities and clearly communicate the potential consequences of delays.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with client partners and stakeholders to ensure the retention and growth of supported products.
• Utilize project management software to plan and oversee timelines for projects of limited complexity, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Possess knowledge of Benefitsolver and a project management skill set sufficient to support a client with low-level complexity and scope of work.
• Understand best practices as outlined by the broader Consumer Experience team, providing consultative support to clients and influencing their adoption of these practices.
• Contribute to the development of processes, SOPs, and best practices for project delivery. Identify opportunities to enhance product functionality and improve team processes and consumer experiences.
• Leverage project management software to monitor and complete assigned tasks related to client projects by the designated due date.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, project management, engineering, or technology.
• Experience in the benefits industry or a similar field is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including OneNote, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A minimum of 1-5 years of professional experience in project management or a related field.
• Preferred qualifications: PMI-ACP, PMP, experience in Client Onboarding or consulting.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow is a plus.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to build trusting relationships and instill a sense of urgency to achieve results.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the capability to recognize project risks and competing priorities.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work across diverse teams, including technical staff, sales personnel, and executives, to accomplish project objectives.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, combined with exceptional interpersonal abilities. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and accountability when addressing stakeholder concerns and facilitates meetings effectively using agendas and time management.
