This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversees global HRIS projects and programs of moderate to high complexity, featuring multiple work streams.
• Collaborates with various HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Business Units (BUs) to identify and define business challenges and requirements, working alongside HR Technology resources to design, configure, and implement HRIS solutions.
• Sets project objectives, milestones, and processes, clarifies roles and responsibilities, secures project resources, and coordinates initiatives across the organization and various regions.
• Tracks projects through all stages to guarantee timely, budget-compliant, and scope-adherent delivery.
• Creates, updates, and disseminates necessary project management documentation, including project plans and team charters, while maintaining accurate records in the Project Management and Project Time Tracking systems.
• Generally requires 8–10 years of relevant experience along with a four-year degree; or 3 years of experience paired with an advanced degree.
• Practical experience in HRT or HRIS.
• Knowledgeable in SLDC, requirement gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployments.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Acquainted with waterfall methodology and possesses agile experience.
• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
