This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing cross-functional programs to introduce new hardware while driving high-priority projects with established partners to meet jointly defined objectives and key results.
• Collaborating with up to 25 cross-functional teams (including Business, Marketing, Product Planning, Logistics, Finance, Hardware, Software, Apps, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to ensure successful product launches across the Home (Nest) and Health (Fitbit) current and upcoming product portfolio.
• Coordinating and meticulously tracking deliverables for highly visible programs, supporting the execution strategy and operational plan.
• Fostering consensus and accountability across all functions and levels, proactively ensuring that all stakeholders are kept appropriately informed.
• Developing comprehensive schedules, monitoring key milestones, and formulating contingency plans for high-risk deliverables.
• Assisting with all communication priorities, risks, and timelines to leadership.
• Cultivating productive and synergistic relationships with internal cross-functional teams and leaders.
• Offering support and expertise to enhance efficiency in overall launch operations and processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in business operations, program management, project management, or related professional experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to inform and align internal and external teams across various functions, often under tight deadlines.
• Strong technical knowledge, with experience in consumer electronics or smart home products.
• Ability to effectively "translate" product technical specifications and details into assignments, actions, and deliverables.
• Excellent attention to detail, utilizing Google Sheets, tables, trackers, and creating effective presentations through Slides.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, focusing on accuracy, completeness, and concise presentation, particularly at the executive level.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with both internal and external teams; capable of balancing multiple projects with aggressive timelines simultaneously.
• Proven track record in developing and refining processes rigorously, with a strong inclination towards action, accuracy, and accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships to facilitate effective collaboration, information gathering, and strategic decision-making.
