Project Manager – GenOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of documentation-heavy projects from inception to completion.

• Decompose ambiguous requests into clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

• Monitor progress, dependencies, and risks across various initiatives.

• Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, or unclear responsibilities.

• Maintain alignment among stakeholders through concise updates and documentation.

• Create logical folder structures, naming conventions, and version control practices.

• Ensure documents are easily accessible, comprehensible, and up-to-date.

• Critically evaluate how information flows between teams.

• Suggest tools or workflows to enhance documentation and project tracking.

• Collaborate closely with product, operations, engineering, compliance, and support teams.

• Lead meetings as necessary, capturing clear notes, decisions, and action items.

• Pose thoughtful questions to uncover assumptions and clarify intentions.

• Provide constructive feedback when requests are unclear or inefficient.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, operations management, or a related field.

• Practical experience with Asana for project and task management.

• Excellent writing and editing abilities — capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and succinctly.

• Demonstrated capability to organize large volumes of information effectively.

• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation utilized by multiple teams.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with incomplete information.

• Strong attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture.

• Available to work during US Pacific Time hours (8 AM to 5 PM) with a one-hour break.

• Must currently reside in the Philippines.
