• Supervise projects within the Customer Experience (CX) sector
• Coordinate project management tasks, including resource allocation and budget oversight
• Create and maintain essential project documentation, including invoices, plans, and reports
• Update project plans to reflect schedules and timelines
• Achieve targeted objectives throughout the project lifecycle
• Recognize and mitigate risks to ensure timely project delivery
• Inspire and lead the project team effectively
• Build and nurture robust business relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact and provide updates on project status
• Collaborate and align efforts with other departments and external subcontractors
• At least 3 years of experience in project management
• Proven experience in managing vendor-related projects
• Familiarity with contact center solutions, preferably Genesys Cloud
• Proficient in business analytics
• Extensive experience in identifying and understanding user and business requirements
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Technical and/or Economics Science
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Exceptional self-management, planning, organizational, presentation, and analytical abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
