This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee projects within the Customer Experience (CX) domain
• Coordinate project management activities, manage resources, and control budgets
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including invoices, plans, and reports
• Keep project plans updated, including schedules and timelines
• Achieve target criteria throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and manage risks to ensure timely delivery
• Lead and inspire the project team
• Cultivate and maintain robust business relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact and communicate project status updates
• Collaborate and coordinate with other departments and third-party subcontractors
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
• Proven experience in managing projects involving vendors
• Familiarity with contact center solutions, with a preference for Genesys Cloud
• Strong business analytics skills
• Extensive experience in identifying and understanding user and business needs
• Master's or bachelor's degree in Technical and/or Economics Sciences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Exceptional self-management, planning, organizational, presentation, and analytical skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
