This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee project management activities, including resource allocation, budget oversight, equipment management, and information dissemination.

• Create and sustain project documentation, invoices, plans, and reports.

• Manage project schedules and timelines, team plans, and other related documents.

• Achieve target criteria throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.

• Inspire and guide the project team, ensuring they remain focused and the project stays within budget.

• Manage project costs effectively.

• Establish and nurture robust business relationships.

• Serve as the primary contact, communicating project updates to all stakeholders, organizing meetings, and keeping minutes.

• Collaborate with various departments and third-party subcontractors to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.

• Proven experience in managing projects involving vendors.

• Familiarity with contact center solutions is essential (Genesys Cloud is preferred).

• Strong business analytics capabilities.

• Extensive experience in identifying and comprehending user and business requirements.

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree, ideally in Technical and/or Economic Sciences.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, etc.), PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Exceptional self-management, planning, organizational, presentation, and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• Capacity to work within a multicultural team setting.
