This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee project management tasks, resources, budget oversight, equipment, and information flow.
• Create and sustain project documentation, invoices, plans, and reports.
• Keep project plans updated, including schedules and timelines, as well as team plans.
• Achieve target criteria throughout the project.
• Recognize and manage risks to guarantee timely delivery.
• Inspire and direct the project team, ensuring alignment and adherence to budget constraints.
• Manage project costs effectively.
• Build and nurture robust business relationships.
• Serve as the main point of contact, updating all participants on project status, organizing meetings, and keeping minutes.
• Collaborate with other departments and third-party subcontractors to meet the varied needs of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience in managing projects with vendors.
• Required experience with contact center solutions, preferably Genesys Cloud.
• Strong business analytics capabilities.
• Extensive experience in identifying and understanding user and business needs.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree, ideally in Technical and/or Economic Sciences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, etc.), PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Exceptional self-management, planning, organizational, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Upper-Intermediate or above proficiency in English.
