Project Manager – Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +23 more states.

📋 Description

• Portfolio Management: Oversee 25 to 50+ simultaneous, cross-functional projects from start to finish.

• Project Planning: Convert Statements of Work (SOWs) into practical project plans, including milestones and dependencies.

• Client Leadership: Act as the main point of contact for clients, steering deliverables, timelines, and ensuring accountability.

• Stakeholder Communication: Conduct structured updates, regular meetings, and manage conflicts or escalations effectively.

• Resource Optimization: Assess team capacity, resolve scheduling issues, and oversee project pacing.

• Risk & Change Management: Monitor project risks, manage scope changes, and adjust timelines as necessary.

• Financial Tracking: Keep an eye on budget burn rates, track project hours, and ensure accurate records in the PM system.

• Quality & Frameworks: Uphold scalable delivery templates while guaranteeing that all deliverables meet QA standards and align with the agreed scope.

• Performance Reviews: Monitor active project metrics and conduct post-project assessments for ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing customer-facing projects in Professional Services, web development, SaaS, or eCommerce settings.

• Proven experience in handling a high volume of concurrent projects within a Professional Services or SaaS environment.

• Strong abilities in scoping, scheduling, risk management, and effective customer communication.

• Capacity to develop project plans from SOWs and manage execution in a fast-paced service delivery environment.

• Proficient user of project management tools like Wrike, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Bonus Points If You Have:

• PMP or CSM certification.

• Experience with Salesforce.

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or integration.
