This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the main liaison between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.
• Ensure that escalation procedures are followed both internally and externally.
• Clearly define responsibilities and communication channels for secondary project leads.
• Responsible for the overall execution of the cross-functional project.
• Maintain financial oversight at the project level.
• Set, communicate, and manage customer expectations to ensure optimal project delivery.
• Lead the identification of risks and resolution of issues at the project level.
• Ensure compliance of the project team with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and project-specific guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for the role (equivalent to 8+ years).
• Previous experience in Non-Interventional Studies (NIS).
• Proficiency in technical and systems skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and organizational systems (CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity).
• Capability to delegate tasks and effectively prioritize workloads.
• Strong oral and written communication, as well as presentation skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Advanced knowledge of therapeutic areas and clinical development guidelines.
• Solid understanding of project management principles (time, quality, cost) along with strong financial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good judgment, decision-making abilities, and robust analytical skills.
