Project Manager – French/English Fluent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• The Integrated Project Manager oversees the creative and production processes, collaborating with our skilled Project Management team to guide projects from initial brief to final delivery.

• By spearheading projects alongside our energetic teams throughout the organization, our project managers effectively deliver results in accordance with OLIVER+ methodologies.

• Possess integrated experience across multiple disciplines, which may encompass one or more of the following: Digital, Technology, Film, CGI, Motion Design, and/or Print projects across diverse accounts and time zones; from the initial brief to final delivery (depending on experience).

• Lead your team to produce a broad array of deliverables, ranging from email marketing to website content.

• Aim to adhere to and implement the established project management and production processes within OLIVER+ and with our partners.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently and excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Approach challenges, setbacks, and negativity with a resilient mindset and attitude.

• Foster continuous improvement at each stage of the process and provide insights on process enhancements.

• Conclude projects in alignment with set standards and requirements.

• Strong organizational capabilities – able to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines concurrently.

• Keen eye for detail and experience in quality control.

• Proficient in software applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Teams, and OMG (Oliver Marketing Gateway internal approval system - training will be provided).

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT and other AI software.
