This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing various field service projects from start to finish.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise IT field service initiatives such as hardware deployments, network installations, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, guaranteeing effective communication and satisfaction.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and deliverables utilizing project management tools.
• Continuously identifies and leverages opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager overseeing technical projects with customer-facing roles.
• Experience in Project Management involving Cisco's product offerings (Routing, Switching, Security, and Unified Communication).
• Proven capability to plan, organize, and effectively drive projects to adhere to established budgets and timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in communicating across all levels of management within Presidio and client organizations.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Familiarity with cabling infrastructure is an advantage.
