Project Manager, Field Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the launch of new programs or operational processes within field operations.

• Develop business cases, analyze return on investments, and prepare executive-level presentations.

• Document the scope of services for each project, assess performance metrics and training, and create scalable playbooks for national deployment.

• Collaborate with key departments—including Operations, IT, Learning & Development, Communications, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Scheduling Center, and Product teams—to ensure seamless implementation and alignment of stakeholders.

• Implement communication and training strategies that foster adoption, engagement, and long-term sustainability.

• Identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency, standardization, and ongoing improvement across field operations.

• Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback from field teams, and prepare regular updates for leadership.

• Anticipate potential barriers to implementation, proactively devise mitigation plans, and ensure resolution during implementation phases; keep management and leadership teams informed of any vendor, partner, or customer issues or challenges.

• Balance stakeholder needs, create road maps, divisional calendars, and align teams to advance business priorities and strategies.

• Act with integrity and consistently uphold core values.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the business or healthcare industry.

• Over 5 years of experience in program or project management.

• Certification or experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.

• Proficiency in project and change management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including site creation, content management, permissions, and workflow automation.

• Demonstrates a strong aptitude and interest in learning new systems and platforms.

• Proven track record in managing multiple projects, change management, and progress reporting.

• The ideal candidate will possess operational acumen to understand the implications of data, back-end services, and operations on user experience.

• Ability to be self-directed in resolving business issues during implementation, making decisions about, and prioritizing one's own work.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action.

• Capability to lead without authority, establishing credibility throughout the organization.

• Communicates effectively and listens actively.

• A passionate advocate for our field, patients, and the overall user experience.
