Project Manager, Field Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the deployment of new programs or operational processes within field operations.

• Develop business cases, analyze return on investments, and prepare executive-level presentations.

• Document service scopes for each project while assessing performance metrics and training; create scalable playbooks for nationwide implementation.

• Collaborate with key departments to ensure seamless execution and alignment with stakeholders.

• Implement communication and training strategies that promote adoption, engagement, and long-term sustainability.

• Recognize opportunities for efficiency, standardization, and ongoing improvement within field operations.

• Monitor performance metrics and feedback from field teams; provide regular updates to leadership.

• Anticipate potential barriers to implementation, proactively develop mitigation plans, and ensure resolutions during implementation phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the business or healthcare sector.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management.

• Certification or experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.

• Proficient in project and change management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including site creation, content management, permissions, and workflow automation.

• Ability to be self-directed in addressing business issues during implementation and to make decisions regarding prioritization of work.
