This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the execution of contracts.
• Create and uphold the Project Management Plan.
• Oversee project timelines and key milestones.
• Organize and lead executive meetings.
• Generate monthly and annual performance reports.
• Coordinate deliverables and conduct quality assessments.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in supporting Federal agencies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven experience in leading contracts for Federal consulting or advisory services.
• Familiarity with Federal Records Management.
• Knowledge of FOIA processes.
• Understanding of FACA requirements.
• Compliance with Section 508.
• Management of executive correspondence.
• Experience in preparing briefings and reports for executives.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Experience with USDA or Forest Service is a plus.
• Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.
• Background in natural resources, environmental, or public lands agencies is preferred.
