This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee new interior facility construction (upfit), remodeling/reconfiguration tasks, and shutdowns across the North American region.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and on-budget project completion.
• Deliver weekly project status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a construction project management position within a 3PL/Warehouse Logistics Operations or a similar field.
• Proven experience in managing Architectural/Engineering design (MEP) and navigating the permitting process through local and state authorities (AHJ).
• Familiarity with building codes (IBC), fire codes (NFPA, IFC), ADA, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
• Proficient in reading construction plans.
• Experience in installing racking systems and associated ancillary products (dome mirrors, edge protectors, wire guidance/decking, etc.).
• Skilled in computer-aided design (CAD) software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and scheduling software.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is highly desirable.
