Project Manager – ePMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of multiple simultaneous projects within strategic initiatives.

• Coordinate daily activities among various stakeholders and departments.

• Ensure that project resources comply with enterprise program management office (ePMO) standards, processes, and business regulations.

• Foster collaboration and accountability, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to leadership.

• Ensure that milestones, gate reviews, and governance requirements are achieved to support timely and successful project delivery throughout its lifecycle.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and recommended resource tasks to facilitate successful project outcomes.

• Track progress and manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and quality through proactive mitigation, escalation, and resolution strategies.

• Guide project teams in achieving objectives, facilitate milestone meetings, and manage gate processes.

• Lead change management initiatives for assigned projects to promote change readiness, adoption, and realization of business value.

• Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment, coordination, and successful project execution while adjusting to shifting priorities and navigating complex scenarios.

• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance future ePMO project delivery.

• Provide consistent, accurate, and transparent project status updates to a diverse range of stakeholders and leaders.

• Comply with ePMO standards, processes, tools, and governance requirements to ensure consistency and quality control.

• Promote transparency and accountability across projects through effective reporting and communication practices that clarify ambiguity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 3-7 years of experience in project management.

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies.

• Ability to influence and lead through collaboration and matrixed relationships.

• Proven capacity to adapt, apply sound judgment, and be solution-oriented in a dynamic environment, effectively managing ambiguity and driving progress.

• Excellent organizational, communication, team leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, with a focus on identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery and collaboration.
