This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee projects associated with the Product Supply organization.
• Track and report on essential performance metrics.
• Support the daily functions of the team.
• Manage designated projects throughout their entire life cycle.
• Ensure project performance is controlled (Scope, Time, Quality, Cost, Risk, Benefits).
• Coordinate the activities of the team responsible for delivering project outcomes.
• Plan, assign, oversee, and manage project performance effectively.
• Communicate with leadership to provide weekly updates on project status.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, management, or equivalent experience, OR relevant job experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a project manager position (5+ preferred) in a manufacturing or operations setting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or operations systems, including an understanding of warehouse floor operations.
• Capability to manage project budgets, cost center flows, and vendor management cycles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and other project management tools.
• Experience in stakeholder management within a project management context.
• Skilled in facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts in a cross-functional setting.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.
• Preferred experience in the Consumer Goods industry.
• Preferred experience in Operations PM (manufacturing, warehousing, quality, etc.).
