This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive project management process for launching new campaigns, integrating new processes, and initiating partnerships.
• Foster cross-departmental alignment among Strategic Planning, Media Buying, Creative Development, Operations, and Account Management.
• Ensure the smooth progression of initiatives from discovery to business readiness.
• Collaborate effectively with Media Integration Leads and heads of agency departments.
• Guarantee that requirements, expectations, measurement criteria, and timelines are documented for each initiative.
• Manage go-to-market processes for traditional and digital media across various cross-functional teams and departments.
• Oversee the creative production process across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate meetings, initiatives, and enterprise client goals with PureCars and external partnerships.
• Take ownership of timelines and master scheduling for all channels and initiatives.
• Act as the primary contact for meeting logistics and stakeholder follow-up.
• Assess processes to pinpoint efficiencies, dependencies, and obstacles.
• Create cross-functional playbooks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Experience in retail media is mandatory.
• Capability to lead projects from start to finish on schedule and within budget.
• Proficiency in defining project scope, planning tasks, managing resources, coordinating teams, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Experience in developing project plans and managing budgets and timelines.
• Ability to efficiently identify and mitigate risks.
• Skill in documenting project requirements, processes, and expectations.
• Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational skills.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be proactive, independent, and capable of working in ambiguous situations.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Sigma Six certification is desirable.
• PMI Certification is a must.
• Proficiency in Monday.com or willingness to become certified within 30 days.
• Certification in JIRA/Confluence is necessary.
• Familiarity with Miro is a plus, but not essential.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 is a plus, though not required.
• Understanding of traditional media/Media Buying is beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and develop independently.
