This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take ownership of the complete delivery process across various simultaneous projects (including product development, integrations, and customer implementations).
• Convert strategic roadmaps into actionable delivery plans that include defined milestones, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Facilitate the delivery rhythm (planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) while ensuring the consistent application of frameworks.
• Keep track of programme health with respect to scope, timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Align priorities across different functions and resolve any resource conflicts that may arise.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deliver clear and concise reports to leadership, including updates on status, risks, and plans for mitigation.
• Actively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies that affect projects.
• Navigate trade-offs involving scope, time, and quality while ensuring timely escalation when necessary.
• Continuously enhance delivery processes and improve ways of working.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and ensure operational readiness.
• Assist with incident management, release governance, and operational planning activities.
• Oversee the delivery of customer-facing projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external stakeholders to fulfill customer commitments.
• Transform customer requirements into structured delivery plans and manage expectations throughout the process.
• Engage in pre-sales and scoping activities to ensure that solutions are viable and deliverable.
• Spearhead change management and conduct post-delivery reviews to foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure that delivery adheres to regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., MDR, ISO, data protection).
• Collaborate with QA and Engineering teams to uphold high quality and safety standards.
• Over 5 years of experience in programme/project management within software environments.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-stream projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid methodologies (Scrum experience is a plus).
• Capable of navigating ambiguity and structuring delivery processes effectively.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strong collaborative skills with engineering teams (technical literacy is essential).
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (such as MDR, ISO/IEC standards).
• Proficient in using JIRA or similar delivery tracking tools.
• Experience with Confluence or comparable documentation platforms.
• Understanding of CI/CD and contemporary engineering workflows.
