Project Manager – Early Phase

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Guide Parexel and Sponsor teams by utilizing clinical research expertise and project management abilities to create customized solutions for sponsors.

• Ensure operational excellence and the effective implementation of clinical operations and logistical strategies for EP clinical trials or programs.

• Oversee the financial components of projects, including revenue recognition, milestone payments, and monthly pass-through invoices.

• Maintain the sponsor relationship and manage communications with sponsors.

• Supervise study start-up activities and guarantee the adoption of best practices.

• Drive projects to completion within budget and timeline, ensuring adherence to contract specifications.

• Manage administrative closeout procedures and ensure proper archiving of project documentation.

• Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience with Parexel or 3 to 5 years in related fields.

• Experience as a Functional Team Leader or in the coordination of clinical trials.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Proficient in MS Office products.

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or equivalent professional experience.

• Advanced degree is preferred.

• Additional business degree or PMP certification is a plus.

• Background in Scientific/Medical/Pharmacology is advantageous.
