Project Manager – Early Phase

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead teams from Parexel and Sponsors by utilizing clinical research expertise and project management capabilities.

• Ensure excellence in operations and the effective implementation of clinical strategies for EP clinical trials or programs.

• Oversee the financial components of projects, which include revenue recognition, milestone payments, and monthly pass-through invoices.

• Maintain the sponsor relationship and facilitate communication with sponsors.

• Proactively inform sponsors and internal teams about project status, risks, and proposed solutions.

• Manage study initiation activities and guarantee the integration of best practices.

• Drive projects to completion within budget and timeline, ensuring compliance with contract specifications.

• Recognize potential project risks and develop contingency plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience with Parexel or 3 to 5 years in related sectors.

• Experience in a Functional Team Leader role or in the coordination of clinical trials.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP and regulations governing the pharmaceutical industry.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• Advanced degree is preferred.

• Possession of an additional business degree or PMP certification is advantageous.
