This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee e-commerce projects utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies that have been tailored to align with the best practices we have established to fulfill our clients' needs.
• Guide the establishment of project scope and objectives, engaging all pertinent stakeholders and confirming technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with an offshore development team to lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other necessary project activities.
• Serve as the main contact for client stakeholders, executives, and internal team members.
• Manage the tools and documentation essential for Zaelab's implementation projects.
• Monitor project performance using suitable tools and techniques.
• Effectively oversee the relationship with both the client and team members.
• Work in conjunction with the Project Management team to enhance our solutions and processes continuously.
• Endeavor to gain an understanding of the technology systems and e-commerce sector that Zaelab supports.
• A Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager for e-commerce initiatives.
• Familiarity with any of the following: ServiceNow, CPQ, Shopify, BigCommerce, or other e-commerce solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience with a Consulting or Professional Services firm.
• Experience applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience working with multinational teams from the USA, Eastern Europe, and India.
• Experience leading teams using Agile Scrum practices.
• Strong technical background with knowledge and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to manage a project from inception to completion.
• Exceptional client-facing skills.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with creating JIRA dashboards; AIO or Tableau experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices; Jira experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• A keen interest in the technology landscape and a commitment to staying updated on new technologies and best practices.
• Capability to work independently within a fast-paced team environment.
• This position is remote with occasional travel required (10-15% travel).
