Project Manager, Digital Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they align with the company's objectives.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Identify and effectively allocate project resources to achieve project objectives.

• Ensure that all digital projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, development, design, and product teams, to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Work with external vendors or partners to guarantee timely delivery of digital projects.

• Relay project goals, updates, and results to senior management and stakeholders.

• Proactively spot potential risks or issues that could impact the project schedule, budget, or scope.

• Track the progress of digital projects to ensure that high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process.

• Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership regarding project status, risks, and accomplishments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly with digital projects or digital transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end digital projects, such as website launches, digital platform development, or eCommerce implementations.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external vendors or partners.

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
