Project Manager, Data Center Transformer Services

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of service projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction of customers.

• Coordinate with operations, field, and production teams to confirm service completion and address project-related issues.

• Supervise documentation and data management utilizing ERP and scheduling tools (e.g., SAP, MSA).

• Facilitate effective communication among commercial, finance, and project management teams to assist in reducing accounts receivable.

• Manage order schedules, shipments, and the punctual delivery of materials for service projects.

• Offer administrative and customer support, including project updates, scheduling, and change notifications.

• Resolve customer disputes and ensure invoicing accuracy as well as effective payment collection.

• Collaborate with sales contacts to validate order details and complete project documentation.

• Accountable for ensuring adherence to relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must possess work authorization that allows them to be employed by Hitachi Energy in the United States.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, service delivery, or operations within the power industry or a comparable technical field.

• PMP certification or currently pursuing PMP certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and scheduling tools (e.g., MSA) is necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in customer-facing roles and commercial operations is advantageous.
