Project Manager – Data Analytics Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Lead the analysis of data, reporting, and evaluation of performance for federal transition assistance programs.

• Supervise the collection, management, interpretation, and presentation of program-related data.

• Create actionable insights, performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical outputs.

• Oversee the development and execution of performance analysis frameworks.

• Carry out program evaluations to identify trends, gaps, and areas of concern.

• Facilitate data integration from various sources and perform analyses.

• Prepare reports, briefings, and recommendations for executive-level stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in the federal government.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in managing government program data collection, modeling, analyses, and product development.

• Proficiency in preparing executive-level reports, briefings, and documentation deliverables.

• Ability to effectively manage complex client relationships.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
