📋 Description

• Oversee the complete operational execution of customer implementations, managing data loading, application configurations, tenant setup, SFTP connectivity, and training environment planning from project kickoff to go-live.

• Collaborate closely with the Implementation team to ensure that Customer Engineering-related tasks are properly scoped, scheduled, and executed as expected throughout each customer engagement.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, and customer stakeholders to ensure implementation tasks are sequenced, unblocked, and adhere to the schedule.

• Organize project and program plans across various accounts, establishing milestones, dependencies, and timelines to ensure timely and within-scope delivery commitments.

• Manage JIRA-based tracking for delivery tasks, including ticket intake, grooming support, prioritization, and maintenance of sprint or Kanban boards, ensuring work visibility and actionability.

• Regularly maintain and update shared governance documents such as status dashboards, RAID logs, scorecards, and delivery trackers, consolidating inputs from Delivery, Customer Success, and operations.

• Create concise reports and presentations for both internal and external meetings (weekly customer syncs, monthly performance reviews, quarterly business reviews) that highlight progress, risks, and upcoming priorities.

• Document and monitor actions, decisions, risks, and issues from customer and internal discussions, assigning owners and due dates, and facilitating follow-through to resolution.

• Assist Delivery Directors in managing backlogs and planning resources by organizing work queues, identifying blockers, and aligning tickets with agreed-upon priorities.

• Aid in the standardization and continuous improvement of governance processes and templates across accounts to enable teams to execute consistently and efficiently, minimizing meeting overhead.

• Adhere to the meeting cadence established for both external and internal meetings as outlined in the Roles and Responsibilities documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of project or program management experience, preferably in a SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software setting.

• Proven experience in coordinating multiple simultaneous customer or product delivery programs from start to finish — including planning, execution, reporting, and risk management.

• Direct involvement in driving customer implementation activities such as data loading/ingestion, application or tenant configuration, SFTP setup, and environment provisioning (training, UAT, production).

• Proficient in using JIRA for ticket intake, grooming, prioritization, and managing sprint/Kanban boards.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the capability to adapt processes to meet team and customer needs.

• Strong understanding of governance documents — including status dashboards, RAID logs, scorecards, action/decision logs, and delivery trackers.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver concise reports to both internal leadership and external clients.

• Comfortable facilitating customer-facing meetings (weekly syncs, monthly performance reviews, quarterly business reviews) and ensuring follow-through on action items.

• Strong analytical abilities combined with attention to detail; capable of identifying risks, gaps, and inconsistencies in plans and data.

• High energy and enthusiasm — must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
