Project Manager – Curriculum Design and Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of curriculum design, modification, and publication in accordance with VA TAP program objectives.

• Manage instructional designers, editors, and content reviewers.

• Organize timelines for curriculum development.

• Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and coordinate remediation actions.

• Create and maintain curriculum review boards.

• Guarantee uniform formatting, voice, and branding across all TAP resources.

• Gather and integrate feedback from facilitators, participants, and VA stakeholders.

• Monitor curriculum versions, approvals, and distribution via internal control systems.

• Collaborate with training, quality, and delivery teams to uphold program fidelity.

• Stay informed about policy updates that impact content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in curriculum development and instructional system design.

• Over 5 years of experience in managing curriculum development projects and programs.

• Relevant experience in overseeing multiple-day training programs.

• More than 3 years of experience managing and staffing teams across different geographical locations.

• Demonstrated leadership in instructional design and adult education settings.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards, including Section 508 compliance.

• Strong skills in project management, content creation, and team leadership.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and project management software.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Valid passport or the capacity to obtain one.
