This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Lead the curriculum development initiatives for a significant federal government contract.
• Assist the program manager with project management responsibilities as needed for the contract and government stakeholders.
• Supervise the creation of course materials, scripts, exercises, manuals for classroom or self-study, and other educational resources.
• Design and revise educational and training content to maximize participation, engagement, and comprehension of course materials.
• Support the collection of metrics and measurements to monitor the effectiveness of course materials.
• Aid in the preparation of reports required by the contract for federal clients, ensuring all documentation is precise, timely, and comprehensive.
• Collaborate closely with the program manager to identify and address issues related to quality, performance, scheduling, staffing, and financial aspects.
• Offer specialized advice and assist in establishing project management, operational, and scheduling best practices, processes, standards, and procedures.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing support requests and providing guidance on curriculum and training initiatives.
• Help develop and maintain essential project management documents, including project management plans, Work Breakdown Structures, Integrated Master Schedules, and more, as necessary.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Analyze results and create new or revised analytical techniques.
• Conduct performance analysis and process improvement using industry-leading methodologies and tools.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience with adult learning methodologies, e-learning development, and instructional theories, models, and technologies.
• Strategic thinker with an eye on future marketing trends and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Capability to manage conflicting deadlines effectively.
• Experience in supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.
• Comfort in managing intricate client relationships.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Occasional travel for in-person meetings is required.
