This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Comprehend the intricacies involved in managing multiple contracts, emphasizing the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity concerning information exchanged among various organizations.
• Oversee 4-6 projects concurrently, ensuring that multiple stakeholders and contractors are aligned on schedules and deliverables.
• Take charge of project calendars and timelines utilizing Google Sheets and Google Calendar, while tracking complex integrated campaigns with various components (video, social media, digital, radio, activations, influencer partnerships, etc.).
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, leadership, and external contractors to guarantee clarity on deadlines, dependencies, and project stages.
• Grasp project phases from the initial client briefing through strategy development, creative processes, internal reviews, and production.
• Collaborate with leadership to set realistic deadlines that take into account the creative workflow and internal processes.
• Maintain organized project tracking systems to ensure all deliverables and communications are readily accessible.
• Organize and optimize schedules, which includes coordinating meetings, managing time effectively, and ensuring that the calendar aligns with commitments across various contracts.
• Possess familiarity with various tools and platforms, such as Slack, Google Docs, and AI applications like ChatGPT, to boost productivity and streamline operations.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt to shifting circumstances, handle unexpected challenges, and devise solutions to logistical issues, especially in a busy family setting.
• Capable of developing high-quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Utilize a modern computer or laptop equipped with a multi-core processor (Intel i5 or higher/equivalent).
• Exhibit proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Meet.
• Use a noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear communication.
• A minimum of 4 years of project management experience in a creative agency or a dynamic creative environment.
• Familiarity with the complete lifecycle of creative campaigns (strategy → creative development → production).
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects and contractors simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a scrappy startup environment while upholding high standards.
• Experience at an LA/New York-style agency or a similarly fast-paced creative setting.
• Comfort with straightforward project management tools (Google Sheets, Calendar) rather than intricate platforms.
• Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns with various deliverable streams.
• Experience managing relationships with producers and contractors.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Gsuite, Notion, and similar tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
