Project Manager – Consultant, Operational Process & Data Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Convert internal organizational policies into clear, actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Treasury, Finance, and Operations teams.

• Articulate requirements and constraints to department leaders and provide guidance on accurate data-recording practices.

• Work in conjunction with Data Engineering and IT to establish data structures, logging fields, system snapshots, and data-retention policies.

• Oversee the implementation progress across various teams and perform regular compliance audits.

• Keep well-organized documentation ready for periodic internal assessments.

• Recognize process inefficiencies, negotiate feasible cross-team solutions, and enhance internal workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Project Management, Business Process Consulting, Operational Audit, or Strategy Execution.

• Experience from Big 4 firms or a background in corporate advisory is strongly preferred.

• Proficient in working with data structures, operational logs, and concepts related to financial record-keeping.

• Capable of bridging the gap between business processes and technical/data teams.

• Highly courteous, articulate, and diplomatic in communication.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, manage interdepartmental tensions, and achieve results with patience and tact.

• Pragmatic and detail-oriented in approach.

• Strong commitment to seeing projects through to fruition in a dynamic environment.

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
