This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Serve as the primary leader for projects from the perspective of the Owner/IPPs, coordinating stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Supervise project construction, guaranteeing alignment with company goals and adherence to contractual requirements.
• Facilitate interactions with internal and external partners, contractors, global equipment vendors, service providers, owner’s engineers, legal teams, development teams, regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor and uphold project timelines, budgets, and cash flow, while identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Evaluate critical milestones, risks, and contractual vulnerabilities; formulate risk management strategies and proactive solutions.
• Engage in the delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects throughout Europe within Enlight’s IPP platform.
• Minimum of 10 years of prior experience in construction project management is essential; 15 years is preferable.
• A bachelor’s degree in electrical, civil, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• High proficiency in all Office applications, particularly Excel, is required.
• Fluency in Finnish and English is essential.
• Must be located in Finland.
• Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is crucial.
• Experience in an Owner/Developer role is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Strong self-management abilities, along with task prioritization and interface management skills, are required.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are vital.
• Capability to perform under pressure and meet stringent deadlines is essential.
