This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for managing client relationships and overseeing project execution from the development of estimates to project completion.
• Supervise the organization, scheduling, implementation, and finalization of various projects.
• Establish and adhere to deadlines as outlined in the Scope of Work, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt, precise, and transparent communication.
• Provide accurate estimates for materials, labor, and resources required.
• Generate timely budget forecasts while staying within financial constraints.
• Prepare reports detailing work progress, expenses, and schedules.
• Communicate project objectives to all team members and document actual outcomes.
• Monitor and report on project milestones and tasks to management.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and staff to guarantee quality and timely deliverables.
• Oversee Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators, ensuring the timely production of documents, completion photos, and cost tracking.
• Ensure invoicing is completed accurately and punctually upon project completion.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Prior experience in project management.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in roles requiring large customer interaction is preferred.
• Experience in a construction setting is preferred.
• Must successfully pass an MVR, background check, and drug screening.
