This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Overseeing cross-functional teams to guarantee timely delivery of instrumentation and effective installation/training for clients.
• Preparing clients for successful implementations and conveying project milestones to them.
• Fostering productive and proactive relationships by engaging with various members across different functions within the organization.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and establishing long-term customer relationships as the primary point of contact after a product sale.
• Identifying customer requirements to educate and promote value-added services that contribute to long-term customer success.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Business or Health Science field.
• Demonstrated track record of success with a robust background in Sales Operations or Customer Support.
• Experience in a customer-facing support role.
• Willingness to travel 20%, including overnight stays, within North America.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Possession of a Project Management Accreditation such as PMP or Prince 2 is advantageous.
• Background in the Life Science sector with Lab Automation instrumentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Apps and DBS tools like PSP, value stream mapping, and process flow charts is a plus.
• Knowledge in networking (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, troubleshooting), Windows security (Active Directory, Group Policy, access control), and experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is desirable.
