Project Manager, Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of eDiscovery, industry competitors, and the tools utilized to support the field.

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Lighthouse workflows, including critical paths necessary to advance tasks through the system and the tools employed by Lighthouse to manage these workflows.

• Clearly communicate expectations regarding scope and deadlines to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee the work request queue for the pod.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives as identified by pod leadership.

• Execute other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master's or JD preferred).

• A minimum of 4 years of work experience, including at least two years in eDiscovery.

• Experience with Relativity is mandatory.

• PMP certification is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.

• Excellent project management skills, including the capability to interpret various instructions presented in both written and oral formats.

• Ability to adapt and be flexible in response to a changing and expanding workload.
