Project Manager – Client and Internal Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee client and internal projects from the initial planning stage to their successful launch.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new golf facilities.

• Implement conversion and migration initiatives.

• Manage key accounts and associations.

• Direct internal projects, such as ERP implementation and knowledge base development.

• Track timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement.

• Ensure effective communication between golf clubs, clients, and internal teams.

• Serve as the primary contact and visible representative of projects for both clients and colleagues.

• Utilize AI-enhanced tools to optimize daily tasks and minimize manual routine work.

• Collaborate with Support, Development, Sales, and Executive Management teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in project leadership or management.

• Demonstrated success with multiple completed projects.

• Experience in a software or IT setting is preferred.

• Completed vocational training or a degree, ideally with an IT focus, or an equivalent qualification.

• A structured, reliable, and independent approach to work, particularly in a remote environment.

• Strong communication abilities, a team-oriented mindset, and a high level of customer focus.

• An interest in AI and modern tools.

• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Project management certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, or IPMA are welcomed but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with golf, leisure, or sports technology is beneficial; alternatively, a willingness to learn about the industry is essential.
