This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee project planning activities and manage the execution of large-scale, high-risk, or strategic projects from initiation to successful go-live, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
β’ Assess complex situations with precision and identify effective solutions that yield successful results for the customer.
β’ Cultivate relationships with project stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress and challenges to manage expectations regarding project requirements and deliverables.
β’ Ensure the appropriate use of methodologies, tools, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
β’ Analyze risks, develop contingency plans, and pinpoint trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigation actions.
β’ Build trust with clients by understanding their organization, processes, team members, and desired outcomes.
β’ Collaborate with both internal and external client teams to comprehend the operational and technical requirements of the project.
β’ Guarantee the timely and successful completion of projects, as well as a smooth transition to the customer support and success team post-production.
β’ Partner with the customer to develop end-user training and establish support channels for go-live and post-production assistance.
β’ Plan and manage project resource allocation in collaboration with relevant departments within the organization.
β’ Demonstrate the capability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
β’ Provide technical, business consulting, and product expertise to customers, facilitating comprehensive implementations and solutions.
β’ Enable and configure various product features to meet the customer's needs within contractual limits or recognize when change requests are necessary.
β’ Identify use cases, roles, and other business requirements for each implementation.
β’ At least 5 years of project management experience in Insurtech large-scale strategic projects is essential.
β’ Proficient in project management processes, including task planning, resource allocation, risk management, time management, financial management, quality management, monitoring and reporting, as well as documentation and record keeping.
β’ Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse disciplines and varying levels of technical expertise; competent in clear, concise, and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers, and team members.
β’ Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders.
β’ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and the capacity to multitask.
β’ Experience in drafting functional (business & technical) requirements.
β’ Background in delivering client-centered solutions tailored to customer needs that align with the project scope and statement of work.
β’ Strong technical background and understanding of technical concepts.
β’ Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams within a structured methodology.
β’ PMP certification and/or other industry-related project management certifications are advantageous.
