Project Manager – Claims Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project planning activities and manage the execution of large-scale, high-risk, or strategic projects from initiation to successful go-live, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.

• Assess complex situations with precision and identify effective solutions that yield successful results for the customer.

• Cultivate relationships with project stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress and challenges to manage expectations regarding project requirements and deliverables.

• Ensure the appropriate use of methodologies, tools, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

• Analyze risks, develop contingency plans, and pinpoint trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigation actions.

• Build trust with clients by understanding their organization, processes, team members, and desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with both internal and external client teams to comprehend the operational and technical requirements of the project.

• Guarantee the timely and successful completion of projects, as well as a smooth transition to the customer support and success team post-production.

• Partner with the customer to develop end-user training and establish support channels for go-live and post-production assistance.

• Plan and manage project resource allocation in collaboration with relevant departments within the organization.

• Demonstrate the capability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

• Provide technical, business consulting, and product expertise to customers, facilitating comprehensive implementations and solutions.

• Enable and configure various product features to meet the customer's needs within contractual limits or recognize when change requests are necessary.

• Identify use cases, roles, and other business requirements for each implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in Insurtech large-scale strategic projects is essential.

• Proficient in project management processes, including task planning, resource allocation, risk management, time management, financial management, quality management, monitoring and reporting, as well as documentation and record keeping.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse disciplines and varying levels of technical expertise; competent in clear, concise, and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers, and team members.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and the capacity to multitask.

• Experience in drafting functional (business & technical) requirements.

• Background in delivering client-centered solutions tailored to customer needs that align with the project scope and statement of work.

• Strong technical background and understanding of technical concepts.

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams within a structured methodology.

• PMP certification and/or other industry-related project management certifications are advantageous.
