
Project Manager – Civil Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Manage and oversee a variety of civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Provide support, coaching, and mentorship to Project Superintendents.
• Maintain budget compliance and swiftly adapt to unforeseen complications as they arise.
• Regularly update clients regarding budget status, scheduling, and quantity monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at the job site.
• Collaborate with clients, supervisory personnel, subcontractors, and engineers to address and resolve issues.
• Foster and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders involved.
• Issue One Calls and ensure they are kept current.
• Work closely with the Project Engineer on project specifications, Submittals, RFI's, Change Orders, and Quantity Tracking.
• 3-5 years of experience in civil construction.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Procore is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contracts, plans, specifications, and relevant regulations.
• Capacity to remain adaptable and efficient in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to make informed and rapid decisions while performing well under pressure and amid unexpected events or delays.
• Proficient in multitasking while identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Professional demeanor in all situations.
• Team-oriented with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Comfortable delegating tasks to others.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for comprehending work instructions, safety protocols, and engaging in team communications.
