This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Oversee the entire campaign delivery process from initiation to completion.

• Maintain organization and momentum in complex projects.

• Confidently coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate closely with Client Solutions teams.

• Proactively identify risks and manage change effectively.

• Assist in implementing scalable process improvements.

• Contribute to the enhancement of the Project Management function.

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in campaign implementation, digital advertising, or cross-functional delivery settings.

• Experience in healthcare advertising, pharmaceutical media, digital advertising, SaaS, or other regulated sectors is highly desirable.

• Proficient in project management and workflow tools such as Monday.com, Jira, and Ziflow.

• Familiarity with MS Office, MS Teams, and other collaboration tools.

• Formal project management training is preferred, including PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar certifications.
