Project Manager – Business Development, Graduate and Early Career Starter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Evaluate sales data and market dynamics to uncover growth opportunities and guide strategic decision-making for key accounts.

• Formulate and implement strategic business plans that align with sales, product, and brand goals.

• Work collaboratively with Leadership and distributors to enhance marketing strategies, encompassing brand positioning, trade shows, and industry involvement.

• Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing teams to assist in new product and service initiatives that address market demands.

• Facilitate training sessions and presentations for customers and internal stakeholders based on business insights and project results.

• Track and report on sales performance, profitability, and growth metrics to measure success and aid decision-making.

• Standardize assessment processes to analyze the impact on sales, profitability, and market share.

• Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives that promote business development and organizational goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; Master’s degree is preferred.

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is favored.

• Strong academic performance and proven accomplishments through coursework, projects, internships, leadership roles, or extracurricular activities.

• A keen interest in pursuing a career in sales, business development, commercial strategy, or general business leadership.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the United States.

• Designed for candidates with a maximum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
