This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist in driving business transformation and digitalization efforts within the banking and financial services sector.
• Collect, assess, and document both business and functional requirements.
• Lead workshops and discussions with stakeholders.
• Perform process analyses, impact assessments, and gap evaluations.
• Develop recommendations, project roadmaps, documentation, and management presentations.
• Oversee coordination among business and technology teams.
• Provide support or take the lead in project planning, governance, reporting, RAID management, and tracking dependencies.
• Engage in system implementations, integrations, migrations, regulatory projects, and process enhancement initiatives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in global settings.
• 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or consulting firms serving banking clients.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following positions: Business Analyst, PMO Specialist, Consultant, Project Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager.
• Background in supporting transformation efforts, change-the-bank, run-the-bank, process improvement, or system implementation projects.
• Strong abilities in requirements gathering, facilitating workshops, documenting processes, and managing stakeholders.
• Capable of effective collaboration across both business and technology teams.
• 6+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or consulting firms focused on banking clients.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation, regulatory, digitalization, migration, integration, or operational model change initiatives.
• Experience in managing workstreams, projects, PMO functions, or consulting assignments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership and Steering Committees.
• Extensive experience in preparing business cases, recommendations, governance documents, executive reports, and delivery roadmaps.
• Ability to independently lead initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Knowledgeable in one or more banking domains (Core Banking, Lending, Client Onboarding, etc.).
• Familiarity with project planning and scheduling methodologies.
• Experience in RAID management, dependency oversight, and risk & issue management.
• Skilled in supporting project governance, controls, status updates, and Steering Committees.
• Proficient in working effectively at the intersection of business and technology.
• Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong familiarity with various tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
• Proficient in English (minimum B2, preferably C1).
• Proficient in German or French (minimum B2+, preferably C1).
