• Oversee AutoStore projects from the contract stage through to final acceptance.
• Facilitate a seamless transition from system sales to the implementation phase.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team during the project acquisition stage.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, identify potential opportunities, and manage risks effectively.
• Streamline processes, negotiate solutions, and enhance financial outcomes.
• Assist in the creation of tools, standards, and processes that contribute to project success.
• A completed university degree in engineering, preferably with knowledge of safety regulations.
• Experience with AutoStore/PLC systems is an advantage.
• Extensive professional experience in site or project management of automation systems.
• Proficient in leading project teams, adhering to budgets, and achieving project milestones.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Proficient in utilizing AutoCAD, MS Office, and similar software tools.
• Willingness to travel throughout the DACH region.
