This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide robust, independent leadership for designated clinical projects, ensuring effective execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee study management tasks, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout activities.
• Develop and uphold study timelines, budgets, and project plans, ensuring compliance with scope.
• Identify risks and proactively tackle challenges to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage relationships with vendors and oversee study-specific contracts.
• Offer mentorship and guidance to junior members of the project team.
• Assist in proposal development, bid defense meetings, and initiatives aimed at business growth.
• Engage in both internal and external project team meetings to ensure alignment and success.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in clinical research, ideally within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong experience in clinical trials related to autoimmune diseases is essential.
• Previous experience in clinical site management and CRA positions is preferred.
• Proven skills in budget management, forecasting, and contract oversight.
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach with outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements (FDA, TGA, EMA, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat).
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global environment.
• A degree in a relevant scientific, healthcare, or project management discipline.
