📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Comprehend and document the requirements for customer engagement.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee that the objectives and needs for customer solutions and support are fulfilled.

• Assist with new business initiatives.

• Effectively manage the Totara configuration methodology, including documentation and testing.

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers to enhance NPS outcomes.

• Contribute innovative ideas and strategies for growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing customer relationships within the learning or talent development sector.

• Familiarity with contemporary trends in the talent development market.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven ability to oversee customer onboarding projects and teams, including scope and budget definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Capability to function effectively as a leader, team member, and independently.

• Strong team-building and collaborative abilities.

• Ability to lead effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment.

• Robust technical aptitude, along with organizational and presentation skills.
