Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget goals.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation (such as project charters, staffing plans, and issue/risk logs).

• Foster effective communication among clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams to guarantee alignment and transparency.

• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and coordinating resolutions as required.

• Conduct regular status updates, forecasting, and executive briefings to keep stakeholders informed of progress and results.

• Ensure compliance with delivery standards, best practices, and change management protocols.

• Assist in resource planning and coordination across multiple simultaneous workstreams.

• When relevant, engage in pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering, scoping, and the development of Statements of Work.

• Encourage a positive and collaborative work environment, both internally and with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Workday Implementations, including initial and phase x deployments for Medium Enterprise clients.

• Proven ability to successfully plan and deliver projects across cross-functional teams.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management capabilities.

• Experience in managing project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables with a focus on accountability.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with competing priorities and deadlines.

• Workday Engagement Manager (EM) OR Workday Partner Project Manager (PM) Services Certification.
