Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of redesign, migration, and ongoing support initiatives.

• Serve as the main liaison between Third and Grove and its clients.

• Build and nurture relationships with clients, internal teams, and client stakeholders.

• Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, project plans, meeting notes, and budget trackers.

• Assist in project scoping by collecting requirements and converting them into actionable tasks.

• Manage project execution from initiation to launch, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality results.

• Anticipate and manage project resources in accordance with budgets, schedules, and team capabilities.

• Track project health and identify as well as escalate risks or obstacles.

• Collaborate with strategy, design, development, and quality assurance teams.

• Engage in quality assurance reviews.

• Lead internal check-ins, client status updates, and milestone assessments.

• Communicate progress, risks, and subsequent steps to leadership and clients.

• Provide feedback, share lessons learned, and contribute ideas for process enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in an agency setting.

• 2–4 years of experience in managing web development projects and retainers.

• Proficiency in Drupal and/or WordPress is essential.

• Experience with Shopify, Contentful, and Headless is a significant advantage.

• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a strong commitment to clients and colleagues.

• Exceptional listening, writing, and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines across various projects.

• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

• Ability to establish trust with clients through professionalism and reliability.

• Highly detail-oriented.

• Effective in working with remote teams.
